When you register for a Culture Card or contact us via email or telephone or fill out a form on this website, you are providing the Victorian Department of Business and Innovation (DBI) with your personal information.

 DBI uses your information to:

• register you as a Culture Card holder

• respond to any enquiries you might have about the Culture Card program

• to assist you in booking for any of our special Culture Card events

• assessing how to continually improve our services to you and future Culture Club cardholders.

DBI does not disclose your personal information to any organisation or entity outside of Government except as required or authorised by law. Where DBI proposes to use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above, DBI will contact you on your most recent contact details to seek your consent.
